Job description
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Assist in preparing recurring financial reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks or opportunities.
- Maintain reporting accuracy and ensure data integrity across financial systems and trackers.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities as assigned.
Cost Reduction Tracking
- Track and monitor cost reduction initiatives across departments.
- Maintain savings trackers and provide updates on progress against targets.
- Assist in gathering data related to operational expenses, procurement savings, and project costs.
- Escalate discrepancies or reporting concerns to senior finance leadership when identified.
- Help support transparency and reporting around business and operational spending.
Cross-Functional Support
- Partner with operational, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to collect and validate financial data.
- Support ad hoc analysis and business case preparation for leadership reviews.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives related to reporting and financial operations.
- Participate in financial review meetings and prepare supporting materials when needed.
Administrative & Process Support
- Maintain organized financial documentation and reporting files.
- Support ERP/system data validation and reporting updates.
- Contribute to improving reporting processes and standardization efforts.
- Perform other finance and analysis duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field is required, Master's in business administration with Finance specialisation is a plus.
- 3–5years of experience in financial accounting, FP&A, financial planning and analysis, or related fields is required.
- Internship or early-career experience in financial reporting, FP&A, accounting, or operations finance is preferred
- Experience with Excel, reporting tools, or ERP systems preferred
- Exposure to cost tracking, budgeting, or operational finance is a plus
- Manufacturing, engineering, or operational business exposure is beneficial but not mandatory..
