Position Overview The salary for this position is $240,000 - $270,000 commensurate with experience Fujifilm Dimatix, Inc is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Head of Human Resources to lead and execute all HR functions at our high-tech manufacturing company in Santa Clara, CA and oversight of our Lebanon, NH HR functions. This strategic yet operational role requires a leader who can develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals while remaining actively involved in day-to-day HR operations. The Head of HR will be a trusted partner to leadership, driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and compliance within a fast-paced innovation-driven environment. SCOPE Develops corporate and/or organizational policies and authorizes their implementation. Detailed knowledge of company allows for innovative concepts and promoting new ideas. Provides direction to senior managers in various areas, groups, and/or operations. Recognized as an influential leader. COMPLEXITY Consistently works with abstract ideas or situations across functional areas of the business. Through assessment of intangible variables, identifies and evaluates fundamental issues, providing strategy and direction for major functional areas. Requires in-depth knowledge of the functional area, business strategies, and the company’s goals. DISCRETION Erroneous decisions will have a long-term effect on the company's success. INTERACTION Interacts internally and externally with executive level management, requiring negotiation of extremely critical matters. Influences policymaking. Proven ability to lead high-performing HR teams and manage complex organizational challenges hands-on. Strong experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership to influence business strategies through HR initiatives. Skills & Competencies: Strategic and operational thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset. In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and emerging trends. Capacity to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organization. High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate change in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems. Preferred Qualifications (MBA, MSHR) preferred. Senior HR certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP. Experience driving cultural transformation. Background in managing global or multi-site HR operations. Familiarity with agile methodologies and innovation-oriented cultures.
