As a BCBA Supervisor at New Story Schools, you’ll help students with special needs thrive through data-driven behavioral support, compassionate leadership, and collaborative teamwork. You’ll guide teachers, therapists, and families in designing and implementing effective behavior interventions that build confidence, independence, and lasting success for every student.
What You’ll Need
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to support multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to lead, train, and mentor staff in behavioral best practices
- Commitment to supporting students with complex learning or behavioral needs
What You’ll Do
- Align behavior intervention plans with IEP goals to ensure consistent, individualized support
- Guide classroom teams in proactive behavior management and crisis intervention strategies
- Analyze data and documentation to refine behavior plans and improve outcomes
- Provide staff training and ongoing coaching to strengthen clinical and instructional practices
- Collaborate with school and clinical leaders to maintain compliance and high-quality programming
