Job description
Accountabilities: You will be responsible for overseeing bankruptcy case progression from initiation through resolution, ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are met accurately and on time.
- Manage end-to-end bankruptcy case workflows, ensuring deadlines, filings, and hearings are properly tracked and executed
- Prepare, organize, and submit legal documentation in compliance with court and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within case management systems
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and handling inquiries professionally
- Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, courts, and trustees to ensure seamless case progression
- Monitor case status and proactively follow up on outstanding actions or missing documentation
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures, quality standards, and legal compliance requirements
Requirements: You should bring experience in legal support or case management roles, ideally within bankruptcy or similar legal proceedings, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
- 1+ year of experience as a Case Manager, Paralegal, or Legal Assistant
- Prior experience working with bankruptcy cases is highly preferred
- Strong English proficiency (B2/C1 level or higher)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Proactive mindset with strong follow-up and accountability skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
