Job description

Responsibilities

  • Support invoice management and payment tracking processes.
  • Monitor operational expenses and assist in cost forecasting activities.
  • Prepare reports and basic analyses related to expenses and budget utilization.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and data recording.
  • Support administrative tasks related to Offline Sales operations.
  • Support other telesales projects and administrative as assigned.

Requirements

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to work from the office (WFO).
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace is an advantage.
  • Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 2 months.
  • Willing to work from the office.
  • Available to join ASAP.
