Ensure the implementation of Data Management Process Control Standards and best practices in Global HR, including data consumption from Data Lakes and the introduction of a new BI foundation;
Act as a bridge between GHR, COO, and key stakeholders, balancing business needs with technical constraints.
How to succeed
The candidate applying for this position will have:
Extensive knowledge of Global HR processes and core infrastructure, including experience in implementing global standard solutions and understanding local requirements.
Proficiency in Workday functionalities, with proven expertise in reporting and security models.

Ambition and will to drive change, challenge constructively, speak up, and demonstrate strong prioritisation and planning skills.
Skills & competencies required

Skilled in Business Intelligence solutions, including Workday reporting and security, Prism, Power BI, Cognos, and O365 tools;
Knowledge of core HR processes, metrics and suitable data models;
