JOB PURPOSE

• Embed an effective Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) within the bank to ensure all areas manage operational risks in a proactive, risk-based, and disciplined manner.
• Assist the Head of Risk in governance oversight over operational risk management from an end-to-end basis through the Operational Risk and Compliance (ORCCO) and Departmental Operational Risk and Compliance (DORCCO) meetings
• Support the Heads of departments and Branch Managers to drive operational risk management disciplines that facilitate the balance of business growth with firm controls of risk and protect the achievement of superior financial performance
