Job Description

The Consumer Marketing Manager is responsible for generating long-term business value for identified target audiences.

Your role:

  • Develops and delivers the local zone marketing activation plan based on agreed SPOR, RMP and AOP  for the category in the zones and local consumer insights together with CML
  • Champions the voice of the zone and provides business performance and  local insights about consumers, markets, competition and trends to WE RBUL team  and  zone teams
  • Responsible for 6-18 month planning performance as well as supporting short term 0-6 month planning (apart of squad setup) also to ensure key goals for total year are met
  • Define local portfolio and channelization based on WE range/Channelization to accommodate local consumer & customer needs. Portfolio management (SKU optimization, phase in phase out management) 
  • Embrace passion for fundamentals and ensure that every consumer touchpoint and  all consumer facing marketing activities (incl.CD, AMZ, Tik Tokand NBD) is perfectly executed (PDP, PoS,…) together with Shopper, Media/PR and professional team in the zone and x-functional region teams.
  • Ownership of the E2E performance for the respective category in the zoneandE2E performance squad lead, CMM is integrating and orchestrating all relevant functions (acts as E2E SoB squad lead) including performance management to drive E2E excellence in execution  and secure business performance is being delivered according to KPIs
  • Drives local cross functional Marketing team to Local Marketing Strategy and planning and owning the controllable A&P spent responsibility together with CML (e.g. sample budget)
  • Contributes in region strategic plan processes like RMPand SPOR and is responsible for delivering zone SOB Analysis/Ambitions and go2market enablers together with RBUL and CML
  • Marketing Performance Optimization and drives continuous improvements applying LEAN (DMB, Problem Solving)
  • Contributes actively to the development of new business models together with the BMM and NBD team 
  • Supports project based WE related topics (e.g. sustainability strategy; special projects) 
  • Drives business growth by integrating AI into marketing strategy, enabling smarter decision-making and scalable customer experiences

You're the right fit if:

  • University or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant
  • +3 to 5 years of relevant experience in an international business environment, preferably in the field of consumer marketing, product market introductions and value proposition creation.
  • Curiosity for adapting new technologies such as AI
  • A strong drive and advanced ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
  • Ability to analyze data and develop realistic and comprehensive Business Cases.
  • Ability to collaborate with local marketing and sales teams, and create network within the organization globally
  • Consumer First: always act with brand preference and the consumer & shopper first mindset
  • Strong analytical skills, ability and willingness to collate with different regions/markets
  • Experience with working in a business with complex market/channel structures
  • Conceptual thinking in combination with a pragmatic attitude
  • Growth mindset - Self-driven & entrepreneurial personality  
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written & verbal) + Portuguese is a plus.
