Job description

We are seeking a Property Manager - Full-Time in Orlando, FL to oversee the daily operations of residential rental properties, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial performance. This full-time, on-site position is hiring immediately and plays a key role in maintaining occupancy, driving revenue, and ensuring resident satisfaction across multiple properties in the Ocoee area. The ideal candidate is an experienced Property Manager in Orlando, Florida with a strong background in leasing, compliance, and operational management.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage all aspects of residential property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring strong tenant relations and customer service.
  • Advertise vacancies on platforms such as Indeed, Zillow, and Apartments.com, conduct showings, and screen applicants.
  • Process lease agreements and renewals while ensuring compliance with lease terms and Fair Housing laws.
  • Oversee move-ins and move-outs, including inspections, deposits, and documentation.
  • Enforce lease terms and initiate action for delinquencies, evictions, and policy violations.
  • Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance with vendors and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including rent rolls, invoices, and property reports.
  • Develop and manage property budgets to control costs and improve profitability.
  • Hire and oversee vendors, contractors, and maintenance personnel.
  • Stay up to date with Florida housing laws and local ordinances.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring:

Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in residential property management, leasing, or real estate operations.
  • Experience managing multiple properties and driving occupancy and revenue.

Education & Certifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Florida Real Estate License preferred.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of property management, leasing, rent collection, evictions, and tenant relations.
  • Understanding of Fair Housing laws and Florida landlord-tenant regulations.
  • Experience using AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, or similar software.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
