Your Impact at dss+

You will support client engagements by delivering data-driven insights and enabling the successful implementation of digital products and solutions.

Working closely with global teams and clients, you will help translate complex data into actionable insights, improve processes through automation, and contribute to high-quality delivery across transformation programmes.

Key Accountabilities

Support the implementation and delivery of digital products and solutions, ensuring successful client adoption

•

Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across operations

•

Contribute to automation and process standardisation initiatives, leveraging digital tools and AI capabilities

•

Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to support project delivery and client outcomes

•

Prepare reports, dashboards, and client presentations to communicate insights effectively

•

Interact with clients to support implementation, configuration, and best practices

•

Support training and enablement for internal teams and client stakeholders

•

Ensure quality assurance of solutions and deliverables prior to deployment

•

Work with Agile tools and teams, contributing to iterative delivery and continuous improvement

•

Stay updated with evolving technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives
