We are seeking an experienced People Operations Team Lead to join our passionate team.

The People Operations Lead will build and scale a strong function across operational excellence, Compensation & Benefits, HR systems, analytics, and process efficiency. The role will ensure that People processes are clear, scalable, supported by reliable data, and help managers make consistent, informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1.Team Leadership

•

Lead and develop the People Operations team.

•

Set priorities, goals, and quality standards.

•

Build strong capabilities across C&B, systems, analytics, and process improvement.

• Operations and Process Excellence

•

Define People Operations priorities with the Head of People Management.

•

Improve HR processes, workflows, SLAs, and knowledge bases.

•

Simplify manual work and drive automation.

•

Support other People teams in improving process efficiency.

• Compensation & Benefits

•

Own salary structures, benefits, rewards, and related processes.

•

Support salary reviews, benchmarking, policies, and manager guidance.

•

Ensure compensation decisions are consistent, transparent, and market-aligned.

• HR Systems and Analytics

•

Own HiBob governance, data quality, workflows, and integrations.

•

Build dashboards and regular reporting.

•

Turn people data into clear insights and recommendations.

• Stakeholder Partnership

•

Partner with People leaders and business stakeholders.

•

Translate business needs into practical and scalable solutions.
