Project Analyst EW4ALL (Open to internal and external applicants)

The Project Analyst leads the project management unit and oversees daily implementation under the Project Board for Antigua and Barbuda. The role ensures delivery of results in line with the approved project document, meeting quality, time, and budget standards. Key duties include preparing annual work plans, budgets, and quarterly/annual progress reports; managing procurement and recruitment of national and international service providers; and coordinating with government and partners (UNDP, WMO, UNDRR, ITU, IFRC) for coherent implementation. The function concludes once the terminal evaluation and all GCF/UNDP closure requirements are completed.
