Job description

AAR, a SOCOTEC Company is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lacey, Washington. This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations and assisting both the Operations Manager and Administration Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records
  • Organize and manage electronic filing systems
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and Administration Manager
  • Answer emails and assist with general office communication
  • Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and other office tasks
  • Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or Administration Manager

MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR AN IN-PERSON INTERVIEW

 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional communication skills
  • Previous administrative experience preferred but not required

Expected salary range: $20-25/hour depending on qualifications
