The Role:
As a Quality FTC, you will help drive our goals by:
• Performing quality inspection activities in line with established quality and EHS systems while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Conducting inspections of re-work pallets and system-segregated parts at the end of production lines to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Reviewing intermediate and finished goods batches to verify conformity with customer and internal quality requirements.
• Collaborating with production and quality teams across different levels of the organization and taking appropriate action, including stopping production when required to maintain product quality.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with and support quality and production teams.
• Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
