Responsibilities
- Serve as the steward of Buck Mason's retail environment, ensuring every store reflects our brand standards and aesthetic.
- Support maintenance requests across all retail locations.
- Coordinate repairs, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of work.
- Maintain furniture, fixtures, décor, artwork, lighting, and styling elements across stores.
- Source and procure furniture, antiques, and design pieces that align with the Buck Mason brand.
- Track projects, expenses, and timelines with exceptional attention to detail.
- Conduct regular store audits and identify opportunities to elevate the customer experience.
- Partner with Retail, Construction, and Visual teams to execute refreshes and special projects.
- Own inventory and organization of fixtures, furniture, and design assets.
- Anticipate issues before they arise and proactively solve problems.
- Maintain detailed records and follow-up to ensure nothing is left unfinished.
Required Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in facilities coordination, store operations, project management, visual merchandising, interiors, hospitality, or a related field.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and a Type-A mindset.
- Exceptional taste and appreciation for furniture, materials, architecture, and design.
- Passion for vintage furnishings, craftsmanship, and creating beautiful spaces.
- A natural task master who thrives on lists, deadlines, and bringing order to complexity.
- Strong communication and vendor management skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
- Proficient with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and project management tools.
- Willingness to travel periodically to stores as needed.
