Human Resources Specialist (Temporary, 11 Months)

Human Resources Specialist position offered on an 11-month fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.

Responsbilities

• Conduct full process of functional duties such as recruitment activities
• Prepare complex and ad hoc statistical reports as required
• Work on projects as a project member
• Act as back up for Senior HR Officer as required
• Support and follow up on Learning & Development and performance management processes.

Education

• Bachelor in Human Resources, Psychology or related discipline or equivalent relevant experience

Work Experience

• At least 2 years of Human Resources experience in the manufacturing industry is required.

Skills

• Proficiency in PC software applications (e.g. MS word, Excel & Powerpoint)
• Ability to effectively utilize AI-powered tools
• A team player, committed, takes initiative with service mindset
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all organizational levels, both within local and global teams.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
