Job description

What you will do at VeSync: Campaign Development & Execution

  • Execute end-to-end creative development for marketing campaigns and product launches, from concept through final production
  • Design and deliver high-quality assets across channels, including:
  • Paid media (Google Ads, Meta, Performance Max, display)
  • Email marketing (eBlasts, lifecycle campaigns)
  • Website and landing page banners
  • Organic and paid social media content
  • Translate marketing strategies and briefs into visually compelling, on-brand creative solutions

Motion Graphics & 3D Design

  • Develop motion graphics and animations for digital marketing channels
  • Create and integrate 3D design elements to enhance storytelling and product visualization
  • Apply emerging design trends and techniques to continuously elevate creative output

AI-Driven Design & Workflow Optimization

  • Utilize AI design tools and platforms to:
  • Accelerate ideation and production workflows
  • Enhance visual quality and creative exploration
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for AI-assisted design within the creative team

Creative Production & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and platform specifications
  • Optimize creative deliverables for performance marketing and A/B testing initiatives
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy

What you bring to the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 6-10+ years of professional experience in graphic design, marketing design, or creative services
  • Demonstrated success in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns and performance-driven creative
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign)
  • Proven expertise in:
  • Motion graphics and animation
  • 3D design tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent)
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., generative design, image/video tools, workflow automation)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance optimization principles
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in product marketing, e-commerce, or high-volume digital environments
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and performance analytics
  • Experience working within established brand systems and scaling creative across multiple audiences or regions

  • This is an on-site, office-based role in Tustin, CA.
