Overview Lead the overall strategy development, annual business planning, and business intelligence for emerging channels. Drive growth and investment efficiency in emerging channels through AOP/ZBB planning, MOR tracking, data insights, and cross-functional collaboration, establishing a sustainable growth model. Responsibilities 1. Emerging Channel Strategy & Planning Develop mid-to-long term growth strategies and AOP for emerging channels, defining channel role and strategy, growth plan, and resource allocation. Lead ZBB process, collaborate with finance and sales teams to plan and evaluate investment efficiency. Establish business review mechanism (MOR) for emerging channels, regularly report channel performance and provide strategic adjustment recommendations. 2. Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Build the emerging channel Business Intelligence (BI) analytics framework, integrate internal and external data sources, and deliver insights on consumer behavior, competitor dynamics, and channel trends. Drive the adoption of data visualization and automated reporting tools to enhance team analytics efficiency. 3. Business Partner and CPFR Leadership As the primary business partner on planning, forecasting, and replenishment, this role provides dotted-line management of the MT CPFR team—setting priorities, coaching, and ensuring high-quality execution. It develops and maintains CPFR strategies, including forecast calibration, inventory health standards, and root-cause analysis of out-of-stocks. The role leads monthly/quarterly Sales and Supply Chain business reviews, presenting insights and performance improvement plans. It also drives joint business planning with key MT customers, collaborative forecasting, and promotion execution; partners with Supply Chain to optimize inventory deployment, safety stock, and logistics-related processes; and leads the resolution of systemic issues to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Strategic Projects Lead and manage strategic cross-functional projects related to emerging channels, including new business model incubation, and digital ecosystem development. Ensure project objectives align with overall business strategy and drive initiatives from concept to execution. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., strategy, IT, marketing, sales) and external partners to deliver measurable business impact. Monitor project milestones, track KPIs, and conduct post-project reviews to capture learnings and scale successful pilots.
