ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated IT professional to drive digital transformation, AI adoption, and automation initiatives, while ensuring operational excellence across business-critical systems.

This role combines strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to enhance customer experience, efficiency, and performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive adoption of AI, Generative AI, and automation solutions across the business
• Identify opportunities to digitalize processes and improve operational efficiency
• Deploy AI-powered tools such as copilots, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions aligned with business needs
• Design and develop solutions using: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, Dataverse
• Automate workflows and eliminate manual processes
• Build dashboards and reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making
• Ensure governance and best practices across citizen development
• Support and coordinate local, regional, and global IT projects
• Manage timelines, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure successful implementation and adoption of new systems and tools
• Provide advanced (Tier 2/3) support for business-critical systems
• Ensure system stability, availability, and performance
• Support operational technologies (scanners, mobile devices, shipping systems, etc.)
• Collaborate with regional/global IT teams for complex issue resolution
• Analyze and optimize business processes through automation and digitalization
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Track and report benefits from transformation projects
• Develop dashboards and reporting using Power BI and related tools
• Enable data-driven decision-making through actionable insights
• Promote data quality, governance, and reporting standards
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards
• Support cybersecurity initiatives and promote user awareness
• Participate in audits and ensure secure deployment of solutions
• Partner with business teams, customers, and IT stakeholders
• Work closely with regional/global IT teams and external vendors
• Deliver training and support change management and adoption initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in IT, digital transformation, or system support
• Proven experience in IT project delivery and automation initiatives
• Experience in logistics or operational environments is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
