The successful candidate will act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating strategic visions for digital liquidity and blockchain-based payments into detailed functional requirements. This role requires a sophisticated understanding of how tokenization impacts traditional cash management, clearing, and settlement processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to banking services and tokenized cash.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for technical teams.
• Evaluate the impact of tokenization on existing cash management and settlement processes.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on trends in digital liquidity and blockchain technology.
• Support the development and implementation of solutions that enhance banking services and channels.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Mandatory Skills:

• Extensive experience in Corporate Banking.
• Strong understanding of banking services, channels, and cash management processes.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience with blockchain technology and tokenized cash solutions.

Qualifications:
