About the Role

We’re seeking a Test Lead/Manager to oversee QA for a Java‑based healthcare provider portal. The role involves defining test strategies, leading automation (Selenium + API), supporting CI/CD integration, and managing a growing QA team.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Test Strategy → Build roadmaps, frameworks, and best practices.
• Automation & API Testing → Guide Selenium/UI automation, API testing, CI/CD integration.
• Non‑Functional Testing → Oversee performance, security, and environment stability.
• Leadership → Mentor QA teams, present solutions, ensure release quality.
• Stakeholder Management → Communicate risks, dependencies, and project health.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Healthcare payer/provider domain expertise & portal application experience.
• Strong QA leadership, Selenium/API/CI/CD skills, Java application testing, and stakeholder communication.
