YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • CRM Strategy & Planning
  • Translate CRM vision and strategic priorities into a clear, actionable roadmap in close partnership with Product Owners.
  • Ensure all initiatives align with CRM objectives, customer lifecycle strategies, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Support prioritization decisions using a strategic, customer-centric lens, balancing trade-offs effectively.
  • Contribute to future-state design and continuously improve CRM operating models, processes, and ways of working.
  • Promote focus and execution discipline by minimizing context switching and ensuring logical sequencing of initiatives.
  • Prepare and facilitate roadmap planning sessions, governance forums, and alignment workshops with leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain a clear governance framework to support decision-making and prioritization across CRM initiatives.
  • Define and maintain clarity on roles and responsibilities (RACI) to ensure accountability and alignment across teams.
  • Support strategic ideation, early-stage initiatives, and long-term planning efforts through structured thinking and facilitation.
  • Project Management & Delivery
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of CRM initiatives: define scope, plan timelines, allocate resources, and ensure execution on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain a consolidated, high-level view of all CRM initiatives, including dependencies, timelines, and sequencing across teams and channels.
  • Act as a program orchestrator, ensuring the right work is delivered at the right time and in alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Track progress at both program and project levels, providing clear, concise, and actionable status updates to stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and misalignments across teams, vendors, or channels; drive mitigation plans and escalate when needed.
  • Lead core project ceremonies (daily/weekly check-ins, steering committees) with clear structure, objectives, and outcomes.
  • Produce high-quality documentation, including meeting notes, project plans, and status reports, ensuring transparency and traceability.
  • Partner closely with:
  • Product Owners to validate scope, prioritize features, and ensure value delivery aligns with roadmap objectives
  • Business Analysts to incorporate insights, performance data, and learnings into continuous roadmap evolution
  • Contribute to user story definition, business requirements, and scope refinement to ensure clarity and delivery readiness.
  • Manage and monitor program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Qualifications | Education

  • 6+ years of experience in digital project management, with a proven track record on complex projects
  • Strong command of project management methodologies (planning, timelines, budget) and Agile frameworks
  • Proven experience operating within large, complex organizations, navigating matrixed structures and cross-functional dynamics.
  • Experience with web development lifecycle and project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Fast decision-making and adaptability in dynamic environments, with a strong sense of innovation
  • Excellent organizational and writing skills
  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities, with a focus on motivating and aligning teams
  • Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and persuasion skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Fluent in English
  • Nice to have: experience with Lead management system, CRM, Data Marketing, and certifications (CAPM/PMO)
