Job Requirements
We’re looking for someone passionate about building inclusive, equitable, and diverse workplaces to join Titan’s DEIB team. This role is central to shaping and scaling our DEI strategy and initiatives across the organization. You will design and deliver impactful programs, engage with diverse employee communities, build strong partnerships across teams, and help embed DEI into the heart of Titan’s culture and systems.

Key Responsibilities
Program Design & Execution
- Design and deploy user-centric DEI programs and initiatives aligned with business needs and organizational goals.
- Lead inclusive learning experiences through trainings, awareness campaigns, and cultural events.
- Create and manage safe spaces and cohort-based employee communities.
- Lead and support benchmarking, assessments, reviews, reporting and feedback processes with a strong focus on tracking progress, measuring impact, and driving continuous improvement.
- Leverage dashboards and digital tools to track program effectiveness, participation, and impact metrics.
Policy / Systems Integration & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with People Business Partners, other CoEs and business teams to embed DEI into policies, talent systems, and organizational processes.
- Review and support the development of inclusive workplace policies and practices.
- Work with talent acquisition and talent management teams to attract, grow, and retain diverse talent.
- Act as a liaison between business divisions and the DEI team to support localized initiatives.
- Enable data-driven decision-making through effective use of tech platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Communications & Learning
- Lead/support the creation of compelling, audience-specific DEIB communications across internal and external platforms (newsletters, SharePoint, Viva Engage, WhatsApp, social media).
- Plan and support DEIB learning journeys.
- Lead / Support key campaigns and cultural celebrations.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms to create engaging, data-informed content and track engagement metrics.
Operations, Tracking & Reporting
- Manage operational aspects of DEI programs, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and invoicing.
- Maintain and monitor strategic and tactical DEI workplans, ensuring timely progress toward goals.
- Build, maintain, and regularly update dashboards to track key DEI metrics, program progress, and outcomes, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders.
- Use tech-enabled systems (Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, or similar tools) for reporting, analysis, and documentation.
Work Experience
Qualifications & Experience
- Postgraduate degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field or you bring relevant experience from other paths.
- 8-12 years of overall professional experience, with at least 2-3 years working on DEI initiatives in a medium-to-large organization (preferred).
- Proven experience in managing projects or programs end-to-end, ideally in the people or employee engagement context.
