Do you want to work with financial reporting, data, and automation, and help transform how banks produce regulatory and management reporting? At Netcompany Banking Services, we are looking for a Senior Business Consultant for CFO Services who can translate data and regulatory requirements into concrete solutions and create value for the finance functions of our banking clients.

We deliver various IT solutions and services to banks and savings institutions across Denmark and other Nordic countries. We provide a modern, cloud-based core banking platform serving more than 50 Nordic banks with over 2 million end customers. Our solutions encompass daily banking operations, mobile and internet banking, payments, investment management, risk management, compliance, and open banking.

Responsibilities and Technologies

As a Senior Business Consultant, you will join a team working with regulatory reporting, management reporting, and business-enabling data for our clients. The role combines close customer interaction with hands-on work in data and reporting processes, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and increased automation.

Your responsibilites will typically include:

• Preparing and quality-assuring regulatory reporting (e.g. to financial supervisory authorities) as well as management reporting.
• Engaging with customers and translating business needs into concrete data and reporting solutions.
• Working with data from enterprise data warehouses (EDW) and transforming it into analysis and decision-support outputs.
• Driving automation and optimization of reporting and operational processes using modern tools, including exploring the use of AI in development initiatives.
• Contributing to the development and improvement of internal processes and data foundations in collaboration with data teams.

About you

To succeed in this role, you:

• Hold a relevant higher education degree in finance, economics, data, or a similar field.
• Have at least a few years of professional experience within the financial sector.
• Have experience with regulatory reporting and/or financial reporting. Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar is a plus.
• Are analytically strong, communicative, and thrive in a role combining client interaction and working with data.
• Full professional proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken) is a must.
