Senior Engineer (Opcenter RDnL)

Requirements

• Experience : 2.5+ years
• Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter RD&L solutions.
• Strong expertise in Opcenter RD&L modules, including Formulation Management, Specification Management, Lab Execution, and Quality Management.
• Hands-on experience in Opcenter configuration, implementation, and customization.
• Strong functional and technical understanding of Opcenter RD&L architecture and capabilities.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM), laboratory processes, and quality management workflows.
• Ability to configure, test, troubleshoot, and support Opcenter RD&L applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in enterprise implementation projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing, life sciences, or process industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and support Siemens Opcenter RD&L solutions across enterprise environments.
• Configure and maintain Opcenter RD&L modules, including Formulation Management, Specification Management, Lab Execution, and Quality Management.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality Opcenter RD&L implementations.
• Perform application configuration, testing, validation, deployment, and post-production support.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure solution quality, system performance, and compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
• Participate in solution design discussions, technical reviews, and implementation planning.
• Support digital transformation initiatives by delivering innovative and scalable Opcenter RD&L solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and implementation artifacts.
• Provide functional and technical guidance to project teams and end users throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, system performance, and user experience.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
