About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Head of Engineering to join our fast-growing e-commerce startup.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a senior engineering professional who can successfully lead an engineering team while also owning product roadmap planning and execution.

Own and drive the product and engineering roadmap from planning through execution.

Lead, mentor, and manage the engineering team, ensuring accountability, productivity, and high performance.

Act as the primary liaison between the CEO/Founder, Product Designer, and Engineering team.
•
Translate business goals into clear product and engineering priorities.
•
Oversee project timelines, sprint planning, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
•
Drive product decisions and help shape the overall product strategy.
•
Ensure engineering best practices, code quality, scalability, and technical excellence.
•
Take ownership of project outcomes and proactively identify risks and solutions.
•
Contribute to coding, architecture, and technical implementation when required.
•
Foster a culture of accountability, communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
