About the position

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our B2B team across marketing campaigns, conference preparation, and sales operations. The ideal candidate is experienced in email marketing platform management, CRM and order management systems, and data tracking and reporting, with hands-on experience using AI tools to optimize workflows and business processes .

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience using AI tools to optimize workflows and business processes (e.g., automating tasks, improving efficiency, or enhancing output quality)
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Exceptional attention to detail - accuracy matters in everything this role touches
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Highly organized, able to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • Proactive and self-directed in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Interest in women's health or digital health
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools, CRM systems, and website CMS platforms is a plus

Responsibilities Marketing

  • Support conference preparation and follow-up
  • Execute email campaigns and report on performance
  • Keep website content current and accurate
  • Prepare one-pagers and materials for practitioners
  • Maintain marketing collateral and asset libraries
  • Support social media and content publishing as needed
  • Track campaign metrics and assist with regular marketing reporting

Sales

  • Manage B2B orders end-to-end
  • Handle post-onboarding email outreach to partners and providers
  • Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Prepare materials for partner calls and demos
  • Respond to routine partner and provider inquiries, escalating where needed
  • Support invoicing, order tracking, and sales operations administration

Details

The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours and occasional overlap with the US team.
