As a freelance consultant, you will work directly within client operations in Indonesia, supporting performance improvement on rigs and helping embed sustainable operational practices in complex, safety-critical environments.

Your Impact at dss+

You will contribute to high-impact engagements, working directly with client teams on operational sites to improve performance, strengthen operational discipline, and embed practical, sustainable improvements.

Key Accountabilities

Support the delivery of operational excellence programmes across Oil & Gas operations

•

Work on-site on rigs and operational facilities to identify performance improvement opportunities

•

Analyse operational processes, performance metrics, and efficiency gaps

•

Facilitate workshops, observations, and engagement with frontline teams and leadership

•

Support implementation of practical solutions to improve productivity, reliability, and safety

•

Work closely with client stakeholders to embed sustainable operational practices

•

Contribute to measurable improvements in operational performance and efficiency
