JOB PURPOSE
This role supports the Head, Wealth Business Development & Sales Planning, who oversees the entire Private Banking team. The Individual in this role will lead the Private Banking Sales team to drive sales performance and AUM growth. Acquiring, growing and deepening HNW Personalized Banking customer relationships through effective relationship management while achieving target assigned through coaching and training the sales team members.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, implement and execute HNW Personalized Banking marketing activities and sales tactics to achieve targets set by Management.
- Lead, coach, motivate, train, and facilitate the team to achieve set targets.
- Acquire new HNW customers while retaining the existing HNW customers.
- Assist to acquire and build close rapport with corporate and government agencies for sales opportunities.
- Execute the cross-selling and referral for other product owners and to ensure that referrals are followed through within the defined Service Level Agreement, where applicable.
- Ensure all compliance and reporting requirements are met and attend to audit/regulatory queries within the stipulated timeframe.
- Conduct regular meeting/briefing with staff on status of sales activities, achievement against targets as well as updating staff on the latest Bank’s products, policies and guidelines.
- Undertake any other job functions, duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
