Executive - Finance

• Cash & Bank: Responsible for petty cash management, bank reconciliations & processing bank payments
• Monthly Provisions & Financial Reporting: Recording monthly provisions and other accounting entries, maintaining detailed OPEX records for MIS, performing Actual vs. Budget OPEX analysis, and sharing department-wise monthly OPEX reports with variance analysis.
• Accounts Payable Coordination: Coordinating with the GBSS AP team to ensure timely vendor payments and address vendor queries.
• Preparation of Quarterly/Annually Audit Scheduled (Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit) assigned by HOD.
• Preparing the OPEX budget and coordinating with all departments to collect and consolidate budget inputs
• Conducting periodic physical verification of fixed assets and recording fixed asset acquisitions and disposals in the accounting system.
• Monthly shift depreciation data updation in SAP.
• Preparation of cost sheet for export consignment.
• Conduct periodic physical counts of inventory.
• PNS sales force quote analysis.
