Education & Experience
A degree (A1 level) in Food Technology, Dietetics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the food industry.
Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.
Knowledge & Expertise
Solid understanding of food safety and quality standards: HACCP, BRC, IFS, ISO, and additional certifications such as Halal, Kosher, BLK, and SKAL.
Experience with preparing, supporting, and following up on internal and external audits (e.g. NVWA, certification bodies, customer audits).
Up-to-date knowledge of national and European food regulations (e.g. EU Regulation 1169/2011).
Familiarity with digital quality systems (such as TraceOne, QA Online, SAP QM or equivalent).
Skills & Mindset
Strong prioritization and structured problem-solving skills (e.g. 5x Why, Ishikawa).
Critical and analytical mindset, with excellent communication skills.
Affinity with product specifications, labelling, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D or Production.
Enjoys training colleagues on hygiene and quality standards and raising awareness on the shop floor.
Flexible and stress-resistant, even in fast-paced or unexpected situations.
A team player with a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a sense of order and cleanliness.
(Optional) Responsible for implementing and monitoring Solina Group’s policies, procedures, and work instructions within your team.
Interest in sustainability topics within the food industry, such as allergen management, clean label, or packaging optimisation.
What do we offer you?
A 7-month employment contract with one month probation period, followed by the option for a permanent contract upon mutual satisfaction.
A market-competitive salary, based on age, knowledge, and experience (between EUR 2.650,- and EUR 3.250,- gross per month)
25 vacation days, with additional days granted from the age of 45 and the option to purchase up to 5 extra days annually.
8% holiday allowance.
A pension scheme in accordance with industry standards.
Travel expense reimbursement from 10 km (one way).
Participation in the bicycle plan offered by the employer.
