Commercial Executive (Billing)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Drive end-to-end billing execution, including invoicing, work done certification, and commercialisation of variation works.
• Partner closely with Project Management teams to capture, price, and convert additional scope into revenue.
• Take ownership of billing accuracy and timeliness, ensuring strong cashflow performance across projects.
• Engage customers on billing matters and actively follow through on receivables and collections.
• Ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals, offering fast-tracked development into commercial, contract management, and project finance roles.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Preferably Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, or related disciplines).
• Proactive team player with strong ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with capability to manage data, reporting, and commercial documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen interest in commercial functions such as estimating, costing, contract management, and billing.
• Relevant exposure in Engineering, Operations, and/or Project Management will be advantageous and considered for accelerated progression or higher-level roles.

Working Hours:

Mon - Thu: 8:00am - 5:15pm

Fri: 8:00am - 4:30pm
