As Delivery Manager at DKB Code Factory, you'll help turn ambitious product strategies into predictable, measurable outcomes. Working across multiple product and engineering teams, you'll orchestrate complex initiatives, align stakeholders, and ensure that dependencies, risks, and priorities are managed before they become blockers.
You'll act as the connective tissue between product, engineering, and business functions; creating transparency, facilitating decision-making, and helping teams deliver value to millions of customers. Your focus is not on managing individual projects, but on improving how we plan, coordinate, and deliver at scale.

{ your_responsibilities: [
- Drive cross-team planning and coordination activities, translating strategic priorities into actionable delivery plans.
- Create clarity around dependencies, risks, ownership, and decision-making across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Facilitate planning workshops, alignment sessions, and delivery reviews that enable teams to move forward with confidence.
- Continuously improve delivery processes, governance, and planning practices to increase predictability and reduce recurring friction.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and domain leaders to identify trade-offs, surface risks early, and recommend pragmatic solutions.
- Guide teams and stakeholders on effective planning, prioritisation, and delivery practices.
- Use delivery insights and metrics to drive transparency, informed decision-making, and continuous improvement.
We believe great expectations create great outcomes. Here's what success in this role looks like over time:
- Within your first 3 months You'll build a strong understanding of DKB, our products, delivery processes, and stakeholder landscape. By the end of this phase, you'll be ready to independently coordinate cross-team initiatives and contribute to delivery planning activities.
- Within 3–6 months You'll actively support annual planning activities and coordinate early cross-team deliveries. You'll help create planning artefacts such as roadmaps and dependency maps, facilitate planning sessions, and successfully orchestrate at least one cross-functional delivery from planning through retrospective.
- Within 6–12 months You'll become a trusted advisor for product and portfolio stakeholders, recognised for bringing clarity to complex delivery challenges. You'll take ownership of improving planning and coordination practices and contribute measurable improvements to how teams collaborate and deliver.
- After 12 months You'll have developed deep expertise in one of our business domains and will be driving initiatives that improve delivery predictability, reduce recurring blockers, and increase organisational effectiveness. Your impact will be visible through improved planning outcomes, fewer escalations, and stronger alignment across teams.
