Job description
We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Resource with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and improve campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, CPC, CPL, CTR, and ROAS.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data and business objectives.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page suggestions.
- Track leads and campaign results through proper reporting.
- Coordinate with the design/content team for ad creatives and campaign requirements.
- Share weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in performance marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and pixels will be a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with performance data.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
