We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Feasibility assessments: Conduct site inspections and evaluate project viability.

Project planning: Prepare and implement detailed project plans aligned with organizational goals.

Cost estimation: Research and provide accurate estimates for materials, labor, and timelines.

Safety and compliance: Monitor and optimize safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.

Problem-solving: Make recommendations and present alternative solutions to technical challenges.

Stakeholder liaison: Confidently liaise with professional subcontractors and external partners.

Project management: Manage budgets, resources, and deadlines to ensure successful project delivery.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.

Industry experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry knowledge strongly preferred.

Technical proficiency: Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD and other engineering tools.

Analytical skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.

Time management: Excellent organizational skills to ensure project deadlines are consistently met.

Leadership: Ability to lead and coordinate diverse teams of professionals across complex projects.

Multitasking: Proven capability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
