As part of our Booking Holdings Romania team, you will have the opportunity to be a part of the world’s leading provider of online travel, with a mission of making it easier for everyone to experience the world through five-primary consumer facing brands: Booking.com, Priceline, Agoda, KAYAK and OpenTable.

This role provides a determined contract of 6 months, a working schedule of 6 hours/day and a hybrid way of working with an onsite presence of 2 days/week.

Role description

Booking Holdings Romania is seeking an Internal Communications & Employer Branding Intern to join its Center of Excellence. The successful candidate will work together with the Internal Communications and Employer Brand Team to partner with the local HR and Talent Acquisition team to support the execution of the employer brand strategy and the employee experience.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

Brand & recruitment marketing support

•

Event coordination: assist the Lead in delivering the established event calendar. You will learn the operational side of branding by helping with logistics for recruitment fairs and regional conferences.

Vendor coordination: assist in the coordination with external agencies and suppliers, learning how to manage professional relationships and production timelines.

Internal employee communications and engagement

•

Engagement execution: support the delivery of the employee events calendar and other employee satisfaction activities.

•

Content creation: under guidance, create informative content for internal channels.

•

Presentation support: Help develop internal communication materials, such as slide decks, banners and draft messages.

Role Qualifications and Requirements

•

Attention to detail, self-motivated and eager to learn

•

Fluent in English, with superior written and verbal communication and proficiency in Romanian is essential.

•

Team player, passionate for writing and a keen eye for what makes content engaging.

•

Detail-oriented (especially with logistics)

•

Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business.
