Job Description
You'll connect with the role if you enjoy...
- Operating across all German speaking markets in a high level of complexity
- Being the regional marketing owner who ensures we deliver memorable experiences at whatever event/ function we might be
- Owning flawless event execution and all marketing activities across DACH, that converts into pipeline and ultimately customers
- Driving tangible pipeline results through experiences – online und offline –, with clear conversion targets and accountability for MQLs and building pipeline
- Manage regional execution of integrated campaigns focusing on connecting with our ICP
- Coordinating seamlessly with team members including Content, Design, Growth, and Sales to be successful
- Following through relentlessly post-activity to ensure every prospects becomes a meeting, advances deals, and generates references
- Hunting for customer success stories at events and turning them into case studies together with our content team that fuel future pipeline
- Being obsessed with execution details, hitting conversion benchmarks, and owning your numbers
Qualifications
To connect with ecosio it is important to have…
- Proven track record of end-to-end marketing execution that delivers measurable pipeline results
- Experience executing across all German speaking markets, with understanding of different regional dynamics and buyer priorities
- Can clearly display pipeline contributions in the past where (they as marketing and field marketing) have been growth levers
- Customer-centric approach, creating memorable experiences for prospects
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver on-time and to-budget execution
- Experience with running third-party and own events
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in German and English
And nice to have…
- Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software field or event marketing
- Understanding of e-invoicing mandate dynamics
- Knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics verticals
- Experience with ABX (account-based experience) execution
