Internship – IT The IT department is responsible for providing reliable technology services and support to colleagues, including end-user computing, infrastructure, and collaboration tools. In this role, you will assist the team with day-to-day IT hardware support, basic troubleshooting, and small automation initiatives to improve efficiency. You will gain hands-on experience working with end-user devices and enterprise tools while contributing to the stability and performance of our IT environment. What the day will look like Assist with IT hardware support, including setup, installation, configuration, and replacement of laptops, desktops, monitors, and peripherals. Perform basic troubleshooting for end-user issues related to hardware, operating systems, standard software, and network connectivity (e.g., Wi Fi, VPN, printers). Support IT asset management activities such as asset tagging, inventory updates, equipment returns, and stock management. Help maintain meeting room and collaboration technologies (e.g., video conferencing equipment, docking stations, projectors) and escalate issues when needed. Support automation initiatives using tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, and other scripting or low-code/no-code tools to streamline repetitive tasks and reporting.. Skills and experience that will lead to success: Fresh graduate, penultimate, or final year student in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Interest or foundational skills in automation / data tools such as: Microsoft Power Automate (flows, approvals, task automation) Power BI (data preparation, basic measures, dashboards) Any scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, PowerShell, VBA) is an advantage. Good communication skills, with the ability to explain issues and solutions clearly to non-technical users. Able to work independently when needed, as well as collaborate as part of a team. Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Available to commit full-time for a minimum of 3 months, ideally 6 months.
