Account Executive (Employee Health & Benefits) Aon is a leading global professional services firm providing insurance brokerage, risk management, and HR consulting solutions. Our Commercial Risk division supports corporate clients with tailored risk and insurance solutions. As the newest member of our Health & Benefits team, you will play a key role in designing and handling corporate employee benefits programs that have a real impact on people’s lives. What the day will look like In this role, you will: Develop, present, and sell corporate health and other insurance-based employee benefits programs Build, grow, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, insurers, and healthcare providers Manage contracts and keep internal records accurate and up to date Organize and facilitate client meetings, workshops, and presentations Provide thoughtful, professional support and advice on insurance-related questions How this opportunity is different You will join a highly skilled, supportive, and enthusiastic team where your ideas are genuinely valued.
