Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful planning, execution, and delivery of implementation projects, ensuring technology solutions are deployed efficiently while meeting business objectives, quality standards, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Your role
- Lead Healthcare IT implementation projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and project objectives are effectively managed.
- Develop and maintain project plans, governance structures, risk registers, communication plans, and status reporting mechanisms to drive successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical, clinical, service, commercial, and operational stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and change requests while driving timely resolution and maintaining project momentum.
- Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder reviews, providing clear communication on project progress, challenges, and mitigation strategies.
- Support project scoping and planning activities by contributing implementation expertise, effort estimations, deployment strategies, and execution plans.
- Oversee solution integration, installation, testing, training, and go-live activities, ensuring operational readiness and successful adoption.
- Collaborate closely with customers, internal teams, and third-party partners to ensure project deliverables align with business requirements and strategic objectives.
- Monitor project performance through key metrics and reporting, leveraging data-driven insights to improve delivery outcomes and operational excellence.
- Lead post-implementation reviews, lessons learned sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen project delivery excellence.
You're the right fit if
- You have at least 4–5 years of proven experience leading, implementing, deploying, or supporting Healthcare IT projects, preferably involving software, clinical systems, or digital health solutions.
- You have experience with healthcare information systems such as EMR (Electronic Medical Records), RIS (Radiology Information System), PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), or similar healthcare technology platforms.
- You possess strong project management capabilities, including project planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk management, budgeting, change management, and executive-level communication.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline and demonstrate advanced English communication skills. Experience working with clinical, radiology, imaging, or healthcare software environments is highly desirable.
