Job description
To drive and facilitate robust and effective end to end Business Banking credit risk management across the designated province within South Africa. This entails working in partnership with the Provincial Business and Credit stakeholders in ensuring appropriate and strategically aligned risk capabilities (people, systems, processes, and culture), in line with the Credit Risk Management Framework for BCB SA Credit. To lead the entire Business Banking Credit team in Gauteng province, providing overall credit guidance, direction, ownership, and support of the Gauteng Business Banking portfolio whilst aiding in development of effective and appropriate Credit risk management solutions for Business Banking to ensure Credit risk quality is upheld, Credit Risk performance remains optimal and that the province asset growth targets are supported.

More than 10 years
10 years' plus experience, in-depth experience in Business or Commercial credit risk Management and originating of deals, evaluation of Credit and building and maintaining internal stakeholder relationships with the aim of driving Business Strategy. An understanding of scored lending and portfolio management is also encouraged.
