US Open Wheelchair Escort PART-TIME Opportunity Starting at $17/hr Location: USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center (Flushing Meadows Corona Park, Flushing, NY 11368) We’re hiring US Open Wheelchair Escort during a high-volume period from August 23, 2026 to September 13, 2026 in Flushing, New York. In this role, you will assist individuals with mobility needs by safely escorting them to and from designated areas using manual wheelchairs. Responsibilities: Assist individuals in and out of wheelchairs with care and respect Escort passengers to and from designated pick-up/drop-off points Safely navigate ramps, inclines, and crowded areas Communicate clearly with dispatch and team leads for efficient coordination Ensure wheelchairs are sanitized and in proper working condition Provide courteous, professional service at all times. Minimum Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field Must be 18 years or older Highschool diploma or equivalent Must be CPR certified or willing to attend a free company provided CPR training class within the first week of employment. Must be available to attend one day orientation. Able to lift 50 lbs without assistance, push, and maneuver up to 250 lbs with assistance. Comfortable walking or standing for extended periods. Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor. Strong communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in a healthcare, transport, or customer service setting is preferred. Some work experience, preferably in healthcare Availability: Must be available at least 4 days per week, including at least one weekend day Flexible shifts available between 8:00 AM – 2:00 AM Depending on game delays Full availability on key dates (to be communicated during onboarding) is strongly preferred Why Choose CrowdRx?
