Clinical Coordinator - Crisis Residential Clinic

A Day in the Life 

The Crisis Residential Unit Clinic Coordinator provides clinical leadership and supervisory support to both clinical and direct care staff within the pediatric and adult crisis residential units. The coordinator works closely with leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and recovery-oriented care for individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. This role promotes effective communication across the interdisciplinary team, supports regulatory compliance, and fosters a collaborative, therapeutic environment that meets the needs of both patients and staff.

What’s Required  

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or higher
• Behavioral Health nursing experience preferred
