Our ambitious domestic and international growth plans require an expansion of our Business Intelligence team. To support this growth, we are currently looking to hire two BI Analysts with different levels of experience: - BI Analyst with 2 - 4 years of experience - BI Analyst with 5+ years of experience. Depending on your experience, your role will vary in scope, with additional responsibilities around coaching and strategic impact for more experienced candidates. We are looking for driven BI Analysts to join our team. In this role, you will drive data-driven decision-making across the organisation and, depending on experience, contribute to coaching and developing other analysts, as well as shaping our data strategy and ensuring high-quality insights that directly impact business performance. Working closely with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and senior leadership, you will extract actionable insights from our data, helping optimise operations, enhance member experiences, and support our ambitious growth plans. Key responsibilities: Data & Analytics - Conduct market research and analyses to identify new club locations - Develop business cases for expansion, including new builds, mergers, and acquisitions - Design, build, and maintain robust ETL processes to structure data from various sources - Create data models, views, tables, and reports supporting operational and strategic goals - Develop dashboards and visualisations to enable informed, data-driven decisions - Analyse growth, customer behaviour, and performance to identify opportunities and ri...
