Schedule Details: 3rd shift, four 10 hour shifts, weekend and holiday rotation requirement
Step into a dynamic role where you play a critical part in patient care!
As a Phlebotomist/Med Lab Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the diagnostic process, responsible for collecting, handling, and processing specimens that help drive accurate medical decisions. Your expertise will make a difference!
In this role, you will:
Perform specimen collection, processing, distribution, and resulting with precision and care
Conduct phlebotomy and capillary punctures for pediatric patients
Ensure each sample is handled accurately to support timely and reliable results

We’re looking for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and are passionate about patient interaction.
High school diploma or equivalent (official documentation required for compliance)
Previous phlebotomy experience (1 year preferred)
Laboratory or hospital experience (strongly encouraged)
Working knowledge of phlebotomy techniques, reagents, and equipment maintenance
Ability to perform routine procedures with confidence and accuracy
Strong analytical skills to determine specimen requirements and ensure correct patient identification
Excellent interpersonal skills to put patients at ease and clearly explain procedures
Exceptional attention to detail and focus when collecting and handling specimens
