Located in a beautiful monumental building in Baarn, Vlastuin consists of approximately 25 enthusiastic and dedicated specialists. Primary responsibilities: - Creating work contracts (temporary, permanent, freelance, extension, termination…) - Planning and conducting, probation period, mid-year and end of year performance reviews and exit interviews and documenting them. As well as periodically updating the system of HR conversations. - Contributing and advising on the structure of the organisation - Writing and updating job descriptions - Writing vacancy descriptions - Taking care of periodic updates of the personnel guide - Managing and executing the recruitment and selection of new employees - Planning and managing the onboarding of new joiners - Managing salary conversations with employees - Maintaining the salary scales and bonus regulations up to date - Maintaining employee files up to date (according to the law) - Tracking holiday requests and approving them in agreement with direct line managers (Nmbrs & Excel) - Being the trusted pa...
