This role exists to ensure that all card and chargebacks, digital, nostro, clearing and intercompany related reconciliations and reports are fulfilled. The role ensures that outstanding items on assigned suspense accounts are fully reconciled, investigated, settled and reversals are done in a timely and accurate manner, as per the laid down procedures.
