As a Risk & Regulatory - Capital Markets - Manager, you will lead project delivery and client relationships in risk management engagements. You will oversee work across market, counterparty, credit, and model risk while managing teams and contributing to practice development. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will specialize in providing consulting services on optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness within our Management Consulting practice. You will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and offer guidance and support to help clients streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. Working closely with clients, you will analyze customer service processes, identify pain points, and develop strategies to optimize service delivery, increase customer satisfaction, and drive loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Leading client engagement in risk management, focusing on market, counterparty, credit, and model risk
- Designing solutions for risk frameworks, including FRTB implementation and CCR methodologies
- Managing project plans, budgets, and reporting to align with client expectations
- Supervising, coaching, and mentoring senior associates and associates to enhance team performance
- Developing strategies to optimize customer service delivery and increase satisfaction
- Analyzing customer service processes to identify pain points and improve service models
- Providing guidance on implementing customer service technologies and developing customer-centric cultures
- Collaborating with team leadership to validate quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Encouraging team members to develop skills outside their comfort zones and embrace innovation
- Addressing conflicts or issues with clients and stakeholders, escalating when necessary
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
