As a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the complexities of Salesforce applications, helping them optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills and experience to deliver impactful solutions, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing comprehensive training and support.

As a Senior Manager, you will grow as a strategic advisor, using your influence and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to navigate challenges and communicate effectively. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, will contribute to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence. You will engage with clients at a strategic level, driving project success and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Your versatile knowledge across Salesforce applications will be instrumental in assisting clients to optimize their operations and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Leading Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) projects to optimize client operational efficiency
  • Analyzing client needs and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet strategic objectives
  • Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address business challenges
  • Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of Salesforce-driven initiatives
  • Utilizing technical skills in Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Lightning to enhance client solutions
  • Innovating processes and driving results through the application of emerging technologies
  • Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client operations
  • Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and sound judgment
  • Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders
  • Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse teams
  • Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on feedback
  • Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards within the firm

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 12 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
  • At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications-

Bring knowledge of Canadian financial services market practices, including experience working with Canadian banks, insurers, credit unions, wealth firms, or other regulated financial institutions.

- Collaborate with architecture, integration, data, security, and business teams to deliver solutions that meet enterprise standards and regulatory expectations.

- Lead teams of consultants, architects, developers, business analysts, and QA resources across onshore, offshore, and distributed delivery models.

  • Demonstrating advanced skills in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Utilizing strategic questioning to drive innovative design and solutions
  • Excelling in systems project management and enterprise integration
  • Leading project architecture and budgeting for complex Salesforce implementations
  • Developing training materials to enhance team learning agility and performance
