What You’ll Do
•
Prepare detailed commercial construction estimates
•
Review plans, specifications, scopes, and bid documents
•
Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
•
Use PlanSwift and Bluebeam to develop accurate bids
•
Solicit, compare, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing
•
Partner with project managers to build and manage project budgets
•
Review change orders, contracts, and scopes for cost accuracy
•
Maintain organized bid files and estimating records
•
Identify new commercial construction opportunities
•
Visit local job sites as needed
