What You’ll Get

$110k-$140k per year annual salary based on experience

Senior or lead estimators with strong subcontractor relationships may qualify for compensation up to $150,000

What You’ll Do

Prepare detailed commercial construction estimates

Review plans, specifications, scopes, and bid documents

Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis

Use PlanSwift and Bluebeam to develop accurate bids

Solicit, compare, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing

Partner with project managers to build and manage project budgets

Review change orders, contracts, and scopes for cost accuracy

Maintain organized bid files and estimating records

Identify new commercial construction opportunities

Visit local job sites as needed
